Welcome back :)
Here is a card I made for my other half Gem who's birthday it was yesterday. This is a card I have CASED from my Upline Victoria. I saw this on her blog and so needed to have a go at this.
This was made using the Reason to Smile stamp set, Veramark Ink and then White Embossing powder added and then using the heating tool warmed the powder. I added the "Happy Birthday" then using the colour matched pen have put a thin line around the flowers.
Hope you like the post.
Thanks

Well I have just finished and delivered my first order of wedding invitations. This was a order for 25 invitations.
The card base is made using crumb cake card and topped with very vanilla card stock stamped with crumb cake ink.
I love the texture of the two hearts on the front of the card.
Both the bride and groom were very happy with the completed invitations. I really enjoyed make these and pleased with the final outcome.
I am currently in the process of making my dads wedding invitation as he I getting married in April. I couldn't resist a opportunity to craft! So I have been busy prepping the cards whilst I wait for my Stampin Up order due on Tuesday with more card :) and other non wedding stash! Just for me.......

Well last week saw the first class of the New Year! This class was a Scrapbook page, two pages with a Christmas theme. This class is one my ladies had been looking forward to doing. Here is one of Jayne's page.....
And here is Sheila and Helen hard at work crafting. Next class my ladies will be making a selection of cards and a gorgeous presentation box :)
Well this was my first convention and boy did I love it :) spending time with the thing I love...... Crafting
First day began early as Memento Mall opened at 8am, so had to get there before then to get our convention bag and then get into the queue to go shopping.
Then it was straight into the first session. The room was amazing. With great ideas on the boards to inspire and also demos on stage from Shelli amongst others
And of cause plenty of swapping was done. It's great to get new ideas from other demos from the UK and both France and Germany.
Here is one of the displays that was in the room it's a mini garden made of paper.
Just to finish off here is a picture of my roomies for the weekend, my upline Victoria and my fellow Jelly member Tracy. Thanks for a great weekend ladies
Well everyone I have been to Paris for the annual Stampin up convention and what a great time I had. I meet some lovely ladies and have a lot of new ideas from the swaps I received from the ladies. I saw Shelli demo some great products and ideas :) I saw my upline Victoria collect a selection of awards on stage at the awards dinner. Well done Victoria.

Also just want to share with you a picture of my cat Sophie whilst I was packing for Convention ...... I think she wanted to come and see Minnie with me lol
Well here is a couple of pictures first one is of a card I made for a friend who had recently had a baby girl first is the card and the second is a 'nappy cake'!
Following me publishing my wedding card on Facebook a friend asked if I could make both a wedding card and to match a christening card in light olive. So I set about designing the wedding card first....
Then set about designing the matching christening card. This was something I hadn't done before, matching cards but was very happy with the outcome :)
The end result was great and yes my friend loved them. So did the receiver of the cards
Well I know what you are all thinking not Christmas already but hey as a crafter you have to start early, with so many lush papers to use and my personal favourite colour combo of cherry cobbler and old olive :)
Here are the pictures from my class on Thursday my ladies made 6 cards and decorated a paper bag.
