Wedding and christening cards

Following me publishing my wedding card on Facebook a friend asked if I could make both a wedding card and to match a christening card in light olive. So I set about designing the wedding card first....

Then set about designing the matching christening card. This was something I hadn't done before, matching cards but was very happy with the outcome :)

The end result was great and yes my friend loved them. So did the receiver of the cards

Christmas card class

Well I know what you are all thinking not Christmas already but hey as a crafter you have to start early, with so many lush papers to use and my personal favourite colour combo of cherry cobbler and old olive :)
Here are the pictures from my class on Thursday my ladies made 6 cards and decorated a paper bag.

Giant clothes pegs

After seeing these on a number of American blogs I just so needed them:) so I set about getting me hands on some. I have had to purchase them from the USA as we don't have a stockist here. When they arrived I couldn't wait to start!
So here is the end result ......

Baby Girl Card

I made this for Gemma's work as a colleague had just given birth to a baby girl. Out came my Fun and Fast stamp set, Whisper White Ribbon and Big Shot Butterfly Wings Embosslits Die and what more reason does a girl need to bring in alittle "bling" than to add so rhinestones just to finish it off.

Victoria's all day class

Right I thought I would share with you the lovely things I made at Victoria's (my upline) all day class a couple of weeks ago. First I will share with you a lovely gift box made using the Top Note Die for the Big Shot.

How lush is this :) I really love the colour combination.
Also we made a selection of cards.

These cards are made using the Stampin Up Note cards and the Ornate Flowers and Ornate Blossom stamp set. I was alittle unsure about this stamp set until I got my hands on it and now it has grown on me.
Next is a stamp I have used on a number of occassions and really like, simply but cool.

I really love this patterned paper too, it is the Sweet and Sour Specialty Patterned paper. Using that patterned paper range we made a gift bag which I absolutely love.....

Thanks Victoria for a really enjoyable class :)

Two Step Owl Punch

Well since I ordered this punch I was looking forward to things I could do with this. First I decided to start with something different. I bought some clothes pegs and some magnets and decided to make some novelty fridge magnets.
Just how cute is she :) then i decided to have a go at making other animal people from the punch......

As you can see we have a Penguin, Pig, Fish and a Sheep. Also by popular demand from my craft class ladies here is the Owl Nurse......
